HB1020 Frameless Extract Grille (Rectangular)

The rectangular Frameless Extract Grille from Halliday & Baillie is minimalist in design but powerful in pressure, allowing a room’s architecture to take precedence.

The grille can be installed in bathrooms, showers, laundries and kitchens, into walls and ceilings, and through plasterboard and tiles.

With dimensions of 500mm x 160mm overall, and a plaque size of 460 x 120 this grille is designed to fit small or odd-shaped spaces where ventilation is required. It shows only a negative detail 25mm in width and 50mm in depth. The frameworks and fixings are not visible.

Once the unit is plastered in place, the flexible duct is pulled down through the hidden frame and attached to the central plaque and spigot using simple and completely invisible screwed fixing.

The exposed surface of the plaque is flush with the ceiling and powder coated, ready for painting. It can be painted at the same time as the ceiling if required.

Despite its hidden presence, the grille maintains a high workload with a flow rate of 60-70 litres per second and pressure drop of 26pa.
