Returns & Refunds:

You may return eligible products for a credit or refund of the purchase price paid less shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fess within the earlier of the following:

• 14 days from receipt of your order whether collected or delivered or,
• 21 days after invoice

Any products specifically made to order or ordered in from Germany are unable to be returned. Some finishes are non stock finishes so please verify before returning.

We are fine to accept return of regular stock lines/finishes for a credit or refund under the following conditions:

a) Proof of purchase must be supplied. (3rd party purchases do not apply).

b) Goods are returned in their orignal condition, original packaging and be suitable for sale and unused. Goods must be free from builders dust.

c) Goods accepted for return by the supplier will attract a restocking fee and if applicable, a repackaging fee (if available).

d) Any goods detemined to be faulty may be replaced, repaired, or refunded provided that they fall into our warranty guidelines.

e) Original shipping costs are not refundable.

f) Shipping, duties, and taxes on returned or exchanged goods will be the customer’s responsibility.
